Volunteer Job Description

Old Home Days: Table Attendants

    Time Commitment: Two Hours: Friday (between 4-10), Saturday (btw12-10)

                                        or Sunday (btw 12-6).

    Location: Foster Town House

    Frequency: Annually during last weekend in July .

    Training: We will provide instructions and orientation; no specific

                      knowledge is needed.

    Skills: Pleasant personality and attention to detail for sale of

               FPS publications and materials.

    Benefits: You will enjoy meeting people and talking about Foster history

                     and current preservation issues while enjoying the camaraderie

                     with FPS members and the public. (knowledge of Foster history

                     or issues is not required).  

    Activities: Sell maps, publications, gifts, raffle tickets etc.

                      Sign up new FPS members.

                      Show slides of Foster historic sites (optional).
